It seems very technical. Do you need to be an GIS-expert to use the systems?

Answer: No. The software is designed so users easily can create and change the data they need in the day to day use.
The GIS-part is split in two versions. A full version where users get extended trainign enabling them to create and maintain base information. The other version, the "Viewer" enables all users to see data and run day to day routines with a minimum of training.
